Modern Woodmen of America is one of the nation’s largest fraternal benefit societies, with assets over $18 billion. Fraternals are unique membership organizations that pair the “member-owned” characteristic of a mutual insurance company with the “social mission” characteristic of a service organization. Responsibilities:
  • Help document product administration processes, system updates, vendor-related workflows, and recurring department procedures.
  • Create, update, and review product reports and assist with summarizing results for Home Office staff, Field management, and Field representatives.
  • Assist with data organization, spreadsheet updates, and report preparation using Microsoft Excel and other department tools.
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions to learn how products are developed, maintained, and supported.
  • Build professional relationships with Home Office staff and gain exposure to Field support, product administration, and business operations.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What we need:
  • Student pursuing a degree in business, finance, data analytics, communications, marketing, or a related field.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn.
