Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for an Agency Owner located in North Platte, NE. The Agency Owner will oversee agency operations, including developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business, and managing existing insurance accounts. The role involves conducting consultations to assess customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and ensuring outstanding policyholder service. Additional responsibilities include marketing insurance products, ensuring compliance with Shelter Insurance® protocols, and leading local community engagement efforts to build and grow agency presence.
