Qualifications

• Experience with Agency MBS products including agency pass-throughs, specified pools and CMO structures.
• Understanding of market-making, hedging strategies, and risk portfolio management.
• Proficiency in daily P&L preparation, reconciliation, and risk reporting.

Responsabilités

• Execute buy and sell orders or price liquidity within Barclays' trading strategies and risk parameters.
• Monitor and analyze global markets to identify trading opportunities and assess risks.
• Manage risk of the trading portfolio and ensure regulatory and internal risk controls are followed.
• Collaborate with research, desks, and tech teams to gather insights for trading decisions.
