Job summary

Monte Folsom - State Farm Agent in Star, Idaho is seeking a motivated Agency Manager to lead the office, drive business development, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, contribute to marketing, track metrics, and ensure policy compliance. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with benefits including health and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Hold team accountable to metrics and the standard of the office. (If you cant do that and don't like to be held accountable then don't apply)
• Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
• Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
