You will partner with senior leadership to translate AI opportunities into operational plans, aligning teams and enabling rapid execution across delivery and strategy functions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI initiatives in an agency or consulting setting across multiple client contexts.
• Hands-on AI strategy to implementation including designing AI workflows and QA.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and cross-functional impact.
• Practical experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier/Make) and data tools.
• Experience with ecommerce/marketing systems like Shopify and GA4.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business teams.
• Fluent English and strong communication with senior leaders.

As the agency continues to expand its AI ventures, this role will help bring structure, momentum, and executional clarity to the next stage of that work.

This is an opportunity to shape how AI is applied across an agency environment where strategy and delivery need to connect cleanly. You will help create practical systems that support the business, align teams, and set the foundation for scalable implementation.

As Agency AI Architect, you will partner closely with senior leadership to turn vision into a clear, actionable strategy and help the organization move quickly with the right systems in place. This role is central to translating AI opportunities into operational plans that can work across agency functions, with close collaboration across leadership and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion the next AI sprint.
• Work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to align vision to strategy.
• Work hands on with the Chief of Staff and department directors to build out, test, and implement the work.
• Lead strategy, mapping, system architecture, project planning, implementation, and QA.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating in an agency or consulting-style environment, including managing multiple client contexts, translating strategy into scoped delivery, and working across creative, marketing, and web teams.
• Hands-on experience taking AI initiatives from strategy through implementation, including designing AI workflows, running iterative AI sprints, and supporting testing and QA of AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of the agency industry and agency business operations, with experience in systems mapping across agency functions and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic, workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make, and vector databases.
• Experience working with ecommerce and marketing systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, or GA4, as well as building standalone apps or intranets.
• Experience with implementation planning, QA processes, AI and technology adoption best practices, and working within a data governance framework.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders such as a CEO, Chief of Staff, and department directors to align vision to strategy, facilitate decisions, and drive cross-functional implementation.
• Ability to simplify complex AI and systems concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with similar agencies and presenting a portfolio of relevant projects.
• Understanding of service fulfillment in lifecycle marketing, CRO, and website builds.
• Availability for touchpoints during EST US business hours.
