Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst on the user well-being team to design and operate enforcement workflows focused on age-appropriate design and preventing underage access. Qualifications

• Experience in trust and safety, online child safety, age assurance, privacy, product policy, or related field.
• Subject matter expertise in age assurance/verification systems, age-appropriate design, or content classification for young people.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect automated enforcement systems and review workflows at scale.
• Partner with Engineering/Data Science to optimize detection models for policy violations.
• Review flagged content to drive enforcement and policy improvements.
• Enforce usage policies with emphasis on mitigating harmful use of AI systems.
• Collaborate with Legal/Policy/Privacy to keep age assurance approaches privacy-preserving and compliant.
