Bingham Ag Services LLC is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist daily operations, safety tasks, and customer service across field and shop activities. You will help with deliveries, warehousing, maintenance, and documentation while learning our systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have agronomy experience, valid forklift and hazmat readiness, and be willing to obtain CDL, pesticide licenses, and stay aligned with our safety standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming, agronomy, or related industry.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Willing to obtain Commercial Pesticide License as needed.
• Able to pass HAZMAT certification.
• Willing to obtain CDL as needed.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to learn company systems and processes.
• Adheres to the company’s values and ethics.

Responsabilités

• Set up service and support daily operations.
• Load and unload inventories and log them as required.
• Assist in shop and warehouse operations as needed.
• Chemical deliveries (CDL) to customers.
• Equipment and facility maintenance tasks.
• Continuous cleaning of work areas and spill cleanup.
• Complete internal paperwork and perform safety inspections.

Bingham Ag Services is currently seeking an Operations Support Associate. This position supports daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functions through a wide range of tasks including safety, delivery (CDL Truck and products) housekeeping, maintenance, and onsite/offsite customer support and services.The Sales Operations Support Associate will primarily be focused on:Operations & Field SupportSetup serviceLoad and unload inventories and log them as necessary.Assist in shop and warehouse as needed.Chemical deliveries (CDL).Equipment & Facility MaintenanceAssist as directed in the upkeep of company equipment.Continuous cleaning of the work area, to include but not limited to product drips and minor spills.Safety & DocumentationAccurately complete all internal paperwork and forms as required.Perform safety inspections.The preferred candidate for the Operations Support Associate will have the following:One or more years experience in farming, agronomy, or an associated industry.Able to obtain Company forklift certification.Able to learn company systems and processes.Able to pass HAZMAT certification process and obtain CDL as neededWilling to obtain Commercial Pesticide License as neededStrong customer service skillsAble to learn company systems and processesWilling to learn and apply sound agronomic practicesAdheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
