Horizon Farm Credit, ACA in Coudersport, PA, is looking for an Ag Relationship Manager to serve McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, and Northern Tioga Counties. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a chance to work with a team dedicated to supporting farmers and agribusinesses through tailored loan solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a passion for agriculture, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, or related field.
• Zero to eight years in sales, commercial lending, agriculture, or financially related experience.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural lending products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business by pursuing individuals and businesses in the community.
• Expand existing relationships by assessing customer needs and matching loan products.
• Interview applicants, collect and analyze credit data using five factors under differential analysis.
• Determine credit risk and make timely, accurate decisions.
• Establish and renegotiate credit terms when necessary.
• Serve loans in a portfolio to maintain high loan quality and review progress.
• Make calls to evaluate management, collateral, and opportunities for additional lending.
• Guide customers seeking financial solutions and promote related services.
