Job summary

Central Sales, Inc. is expanding its service department and seeks Service Technicians for our growing agricultural dealership. Experience is preferred, with extensive initial training tailored to our equipment lines.

We offer on-going training and a path to Master Tech Certified status, plus a competitive hourly wage and benefits. This is a hands-on role with seasonal on-call weekends and standard weekday hours.

Position Overview:
Service Technician

We're looking to grow our service department by filling Service Technician positions in our fast growing ag dealership.Experience is preferred; extensive initial training is provided specific to our equipment lines. On-going training is required with progression to Master Tech Certified status expected.

Pay:

• $30 - $40/hour
• Monthly tool allowance (up to $150 per month)

Annual Year End Bonus

• Up to 15% of annual salary - Sales/Goal based

Benefits

• Health Insurance Coverage after 60 Days – Employer pays 80% of individual plan (50% of family plan)
• Dental/Vision - Employer pays 50% of plan

Hours:
Off-Season Mon – Fri 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
On-Call Weekends Seasonally (Planting/Harvest)
