Qualifications

• No educational level required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• 3 months experience operating agricultural machinery (sprayers, tractors, augers, forklift, skid steer).
• Must have a valid driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English for logs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive grain and load into bins accurately.
• Prepare grain for shipment as directed by operations leader.
• Operate scale to weigh inbound/outbound trucks and trailers.
• Operate conveyors and heavy equipment to load trucks or railcars.
• Operate loader to clean bins bottom and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment (grease bearings, replace belts).
• Read sensors and logs in English for safety and reporting.
• Log and report malfunctions to the operations leader.
• Participate in safety program and wear proper PPE.
• Follow company policies; work extra hours during peak seasons.
