Job summary

Our client, a long-standing agricultural equipment manufacturer, seeks a Design Engineer to design and redesign feed mixers for livestock using Creo. You will collaborate with product management, sales, manufacturing, and customers to develop specifications for projects and set quality targets.

Qualifications

• BS Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 1+ year of experience designing agricultural or heavy mobile equipment.
• Good 3D CAD skills using Creo.

Responsibilities

• Design or redesign feed mixers for livestock using Creo.
• Develop and evaluate designs based on customer needs, manufacturability, cost, and safety.
• Develop design specifications with product management, sales, manufacturing, and customers for assigned projects.
• Develop test plans and direct testing of the design with test personnel.
• Set product quality and tolerance specifications for designs.
