Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing diesel equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical, and powertrain systems.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
• Commitment to safety and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction, agriculture, or power generation systems.
• Troubleshoot diesel technology systems and components (hydraulics, electrical, powertrains).
• Work overtime as workload dictates (over 8 hours paid at 1.5x).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Commit to lifelong learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Travel to Butler and customer locations.
