A Mortgage Loan Officer is a critical member of the bank's overall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the bank’s growth through quality lending.

As a key member of the team, you will work directly with customers to obtain residential loans, support overall branch operations, and deliver exceptional service.

Primary Duties
  • Serve customers seeking residential loan products.
  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility.
  • Analyze loan requests, identifying strengths and risks.
  • Make loan decisions within authority or recommend to management.
  • Communicate with clients to gather and provide required information.

  • Complete all required training, including BSA/AML.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
