Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with youth and understanding of youth development.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging activities for youth.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and supervise activities to meet youth development outcomes.
• Coordinate program services and cooperative learning activities.
• Lead safe, engaging programs while monitoring behavior and safety.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare reports.
• Support relationships with youth, parents, and volunteers.
