KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, mentor, and support classrooms with a child-centered curriculum. You will create a safe space for children to learn, while partnering with families to ensure high-quality care.

Role emphasizes collaboration with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment goals and accreditation, with a focus on engaging diverse communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organizational skills required.
• CDA Credential or NAECY candidacy requirements.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum per child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
