Amazing Athletes in Riverview, Florida is seeking enthusiastic sports coaches to lead age-appropriate classes for elementary children. This part-time role offers flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities to grow by taking on preschool sessions.

You will teach fundamental skills, emphasize teamwork and respect, ensure safety, and follow our curriculum with your own energy and personality. Competitive pay starts at $25/hour, with advancement up to $35/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp settings.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
• Energetic, positive personality with ability to engage and motivate children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:30-5:30pm.
• Additional morning and game-night hours, plus some weekends, are available.
• Reliable transportation between program locations.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sports classes for elementary-aged children.
• Additional coaching opportunities in preschool programs for more hours.
• Teach fundamental sports skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using positive reinforcement.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every participant in each class.
• Follow the Amazing Athletes curriculum while bringing your enthusiasm to every session.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and school staff while representing the brand professionally.
