Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is hiring an energetic Soccer Coach for afterschool programs from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The role focuses on leading children aged 2–12 in fun, educational activities while ensuring safety and encouraging motor development. Prior experience with children is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.

Compensation starts at $20.00/hour and can rise to $45.00/hour. The program offers flexible schedules, opportunities for growth, and incentives. Interviews begin in January 2026.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
• Interest in early childhood education or child development.
• Available 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead coach in delivering a dynamic and inspiring class, ensuring each child is engaged and challenged, and supporting motor development goals.
• Report issues to the office and offer appropriate solutions.
• Arrive for class 15 minutes before start time and manage equipment set-up/dismantling.
• Provide hands-on individual and group guidance to children to foster learning and movement.
