Prodeo Academy in St. Paul is seeking an Afterschool Program Manager to lead daily programming, supervise staff, and build partnerships with families and community organizations.
You will oversee afterschool activities and ensure engaging academic, social-emotional, and enrichment opportunities for scholars. Working with school staff and the Activities Coordinator, you will create a welcoming, inclusive environment where students can thrive; this part-time role holds roughly 24 hours per week

The Afterschool Program Manager will work under the direction of the St. Paul Director of Operations. The Afterschool Program Manager provides leadership for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of a high-quality afterschool program. This position oversees daily programming, supervises and trains staff, builds and maintains strong partnerships with families and community organizations, and ensures engaging academic, social-emotional, and enrichment opportunities for scholars. Working collaboratively with school staff, community partners, and Prodeo’s Activities Coordinator, the Afterschool Program Manager creates a welcoming, inclusive environment where students and families can thrive.
This is a part-time role, approximately 24 hours per week.

Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, educational background, and academic outcomes with a starting salary of $45,000. This is a part-time position and does not qualify for benefits.
