Job summary

ElevoCoach position in California invites you to lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities using Elevo’s curriculum. You’ll help with group dynamics, support positive behavior, and collaborate with school staff to create a welcoming program environment.

This role requires experience coaching or working with youth, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and reliability to show up on time for your scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to be a confident, positive role model for students.
• Ability to engage up to 20 students and manage behavior.

The Role
