Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an Afterschool Program Facilitator to lead K–8 students in structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.

You will manage group dynamics, support positive student behavior, partner with school staff and fellow coaches, and serve as a reliable role model who helps students build confidence and social skills. Training is provided, and hours are after school with varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience working with K–8 students.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain positive student behavior.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.
