Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional childcare experience with multiple children
- Patient, calm, and steady under pressure
- Comfortable with active, outdoor afternoons
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to commit to a long-term position
- 3–5 professional references
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Walk to school for afternoon pickup
- Supervise three boys ages 5, 7, and 11 in the afternoon
- Take children to the park and keep them active outdoors
- Drive children to scheduled activities
- Provide homework help and academic support
- Prepare simple, kid-friendly dinners
- Assist with baths as needed
- Tidy the playroom and put toys away
- Maintain a calm, patient presence and manage sibling dynamics
