Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking part-time coaches for after-school programs in the Bay Area. Classes run Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically one hour per day with optional extra 30 minutes pre-care. Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

You will teach children aged 5–10, manage class sizes of 8–16, and attend a 2-day training before starting. Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
