Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC in the Bay Area seeks part-time youth coaches to lead 5-10 year olds using provided lesson plans. Classes run 1 hour, 2-5 hours per week across multiple schools, with 1 optional 30-minute pre-care. Transportation required.

Each session pays $50-$65. Coaches must be 19+, local, fully vaccinated, TB test and Live Scan, and comfortable with photos. Training or shadowing is provided before starting; equipment is supplied.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday-Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50-$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.
