Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking an afterschool care staff member to support children with autism in Lansing, MI. You will provide one-on-one therapy in home and community settings, with travel between client homes and sites, and collaborate with a caring team.

The role requires afternoon/evening availability, reliable transportation, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based practices; paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.

• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.

You’ll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence‑based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!
