Rebound Therapies is expanding in Big Rapids, MI and currently hiring for afterschool care staff in Flint, MI. Pay starts at $20/hour with opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

You will work with children with autism in home and community settings, providing one-on-one therapy on a flexible schedule. Highlights include paid training, travel reimbursement, weekly clinician meetings, and advancement into supervisory/clinical roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and eager to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).

Join Rebound Therapies, a home & community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in Big Rapids, MI! You'll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence-based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!
