Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Coldwater, MI is seeking an afterschool care staff to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will track progress and collaborate with families and a supportive team in client homes and community settings.

No prior ABA experience is required; paid orientation and training are provided. Competive pay begins at $20/hour with bonuses and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!
