BK Behavior in Syracuse seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. Flexible, part-time roles with afterschool and evening hours, paid training, and full support from a clinical team are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans within the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
