Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Picking Clerk on the afternoon shift at our Millwood, WV facility. The role involves locating and picking merchandise, staging and packing, and assisting with stockless transfers to fulfill daily orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise from picking documents and voice pick system.
• Stage, check, package, and consolidate merchandise in bulk and stockless areas.
• Assist in stockless transfer processes and maintain high fill rates.
• Complete paperwork in an orderly fashion per procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor and resolve short product issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any mechanical issues.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Commit to overtime as needed.
