Job summary

NexaMotion Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Warehouse Team Member to help keep our distribution network running smoothly. You will load and unload trucks, move materials, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced facility. This role involves standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer use, and following safety procedures.

Monday through Friday 1 PM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; training is provided to help you grow with NexaMotion

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use email/training platforms.
• Strong communication with teammates to meet customer requirements.
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Separate, label and verify incoming freight deliveries.
• Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Locate and pull stock for outgoing deliveries.
• Package products for shipping (shrink wrap, box, label).
• Stand, lift and carry products, climb ladders to stock shelves.
• Use computer system to locate products and stock deliveries.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Lock out equipment when not in use; some overtime may be required.
• Support shipping and receiving duties as needed.
