• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of therapeutic recreation principles and programs.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate activities with diverse groups.
• CPR and First Aid certification within first three months.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead inclusive recreation activities for participants with disabilities.
• Provide training and direction to temporary staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure safety and accessibility of materials.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
