Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• The ability to work Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm to closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
