Job Description

All coaches start at the entry level as an Assistant Coach and, upon completing our orientation program, earn $20 per 40–60 minute session. Coaches who attend trainings and demonstrate punctuality, organization, high energy, and enthusiasm may advance to higher levels and earn $45 per session. Additional compensation includes transportation and equipment fees, reimbursement for tolls and mileage for out‑of‑city travel, and coverage of national governing body coaching courses as well as CPR and First Aid certifications.

Coaching applicants undergo a thorough hiring process that includes comprehensive background checks and in‑depth assessments. Continuous coaching development evaluations and training keep coaches up‑to‑date with the latest training techniques through our in‑house program, the “Institute of Coaching.”

Super Soccer Stars serves more than 60,000 children each year.

Qualifications

We are seeking coaches with 12 ECE units in or near the San Diego area who meet our five core behaviors:
