Succeed ABA Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to deliver in-home ABA interventions to children with autism. This position offers flexible scheduling and strong supervision to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Job Type: Part time and full-time positions available

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
