Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Knoxville, TN is hiring RBTs for afternoon cases to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, in a supportive environment. Travel to client homes is required and you will follow session plans.

This role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time, a BCBA fellowship track, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). You’ll join a community-focused team that values dedication and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for working with kids.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children at client homes or designated locations.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a positive, consistent presence in each session.
• Travel to and from client homes as needed.
