Job summary

Gilder Search Group is assisting a Summit, NJ family in finding a reliable nanny for two boys, ages 5 and 7. The typical schedule is 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with start as early as 12:00 pm or as late as 2:00 pm.

The position can be full-time or part-time and requires consistent reliability. Duties include driving to activities, after-school engagement, homework help, healthy meals, light housekeeping, and two hours of household management daily.

Responsibilities

• Driving children to/from after-school activities
• Active engagement after school: play, read, help with homework
• Prepare backpacks, lunches, and organize for the next day
• Prepare healthy meals and family dinners; clean up afterward
• Assist with baths/showers; encourage tidying and chores
• Spend time on light household management and errands before kids arrive
• Help with children's laundry and weekly laundry prep
• Light housekeeping: organize toys, books, backpacks, equipment
• Manage deliveries, groceries, and weekly clutter reduction
