Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams in a logistics or warehouse setting.

• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate driver and freight handler scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance across loading, unloading, and dispatch.
• Maintain quality freight handling procedures.
• Ensure timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
