Job summary

Little Endeavors Learning Center is seeking an Infant Room Staff member to join our team. The role focuses on caring for children from 6 weeks to 11 years, implementing daily activities, and ensuring safe, supportive learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will complete DHS trainings, supervise children, and help prepare kids for kindergarten while working a Monday–Friday schedule with paid time off and access to benefits.

• Complete and maintain DHS required trainings and follow all regulations.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety.
• Clean in the classroom and perform daily chores.
• Follow a daily schedule.
• Create and implement lesson plans and activities.
• Assist in potty training children.
• Prepare children for kindergarten.
