Join us as a BCBA in our new Cedar Hill clinic to deliver neurodiversity-affirming ABA services, grow your clinical expertise, and build a career that truly matters.

Why You’ll Love Working at Galliant:
  • Competitive Compensation – Earn up to $105,000 in total compensation, with annualized bonus potential of up to $10,000. Bonuses are paid monthly based on key performance metrics.

  • Work/Life Balance – 24 paid days off per year (PTO + Holidays), increasing with tenure to reward your continued service.

  • Flexible Schedule – Enjoy flexible scheduling and work-from-home opportunities for supervision and telehealth so you can meet client needs while maintaining a healthy balance.

  • Continuous Clinical Development – Grow your skills alongside the full team of Galliant BCBAs at biweekly team meetings featuring CEUs, BCBA-D led presentations, and collaborative ABA discussions. We cover recertification fees and provide a tiered CEU reimbursement program to support your personalized professional growth.

  • Student Loan Support Program – Eligible full-time BCBAs can receive up to $5,250 per year in tax-free student loan repayment assistance for up to two years, helping reduce the financial burden of your master’s degree.

  • Recognition & Growth – Annual performance reviews with merit increases and referral bonuses to reward your contributions. Enjoy our Employee Recognition Program, Nectar, for behavior-specific praise and redeemable points — give them and receive them!

  • Career Advancement – As Galliant grows, so do opportunities. Leadership pathways including Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and company-wide roles are available for those who want to grow with us.

  • Team Culture & Fun – Staff and clinic-wide recognition programs, frequent team-building activities, and outings that make work enjoyable and meaningful.

  • Health & Wellness – Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus optional life and short-term disability insurance to protect you and your loved ones.

  • Additional Perks & Discounts – Access voluntary benefits through Bennie and enjoy PerkSpot discounts on everyday products and services.

  • Technology & Tools – We provide a laptop and all the resources you need to do your best clinical work.

Your Role as a BCBA:
  • Deliver High-Quality ABA Services – Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

  • Provide Clinical Supervision & Mentorship – Supervise RBTs and support the development of clinical skills across your team, fostering consistent and compassionate service delivery.

  • Collaborate with Families & Caregivers – Build strong therapeutic relationships, provide caregiver training, and ensure continuity of care that empowers families to support their loved ones.

  • Conduct Assessments & Progress Monitoring – Use data-driven approaches to evaluate client progress, measure outcomes, and continuously refine treatment programs for maximum impact.

  • Contribute to Team Excellence – Participate in biweekly team meetings, peer collaboration, and a clinic culture built on continuous learning, mutual support, and clinical growth.

  • Partner with Leadership – Collaborate on clinic-wide goals, contribute to hiring and onboarding efforts, and uphold the highest standards of clinical quality across your caseload.

What We’re Looking For:
  • BCBA certification (current & in good standing)

  • Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs

  • Passion for assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and families

  • A commitment to data-driven, individualized treatment and continuous learning

  • A positive, collaborative spirit and genuine investment in client and team success
