Wyndy is seeking an afternoon nanny to support a first-grade student in Houston, TX. The role is part-time with a flexible afternoon schedule and pay ranging from $19 to $27 per hour. The ideal candidate is currently attending or has graduated college and has strong communication and child-care skills.

You will work closely with the teacher to reinforce lessons, maintain a safe and engaging learning space, and follow school policies while keeping parents updated on progress and concerns.

Job Description

Afternoon help for a first grader. Provide support and assistance to a first-grade student during afternoon hours. Assist with various educational activities and tasks as directed by the teacher. Foster a positive and nurturing environment for the student's academic growth and development. Collaborate with the teacher to implement planned lessons and activities. Maintain a safe and organized learning space. Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation. Follow established school policies and procedures.
