Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous child care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass all Tennessee Child Care Licensing background requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms with children ages 6 weeks through School Age.
• Assist with afternoon activities and classroom transitions.
• Help maintain safe teacher-to-child ratios throughout the day.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Complete daily closing responsibilities.
