Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Shuttle Driver for Afternoon & Evening shifts at our Austin area locations. This full-time role involves safely transporting passengers between our parking facilities and the airport, performing inspections, and delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Prior driving or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Satisfactory driving record per Employee Handbook.
• Licenses or badges to operate a commercial vehicle as required by authorities.
• Willingness to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state rules.
• Able to read/speak English sufficiently for public interactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Transport up to 15 passengers safely between airport terminal and TPS parking locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Greet customers and assist with luggage.
• Provide courteous customer service and knowledge of facilities/terminals.
• Coordinate with team to provide best service.
• Cross-train for other frontline roles as directed by management.
• Comply with regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
