Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA for a salaried part-time role with a focus on afterschool services in Maryland. The position offers stability, benefits, and a schedule designed to free evenings for personal time, while delivering meaningful clinical impact for children with autism.

You will supervise and develop interventions, work with families, and collaborate with a regional clinical team to ensure high-quality care during the 3–7 PM hours.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians in ABA.
• Proven ability to develop and supervise individualized interventions for children with autism.
• Willingness to work 3–7 PM afterschool hours.

• Salaried position with just 12 to 15 billable hours per week
• Onsite 3 to 5 days per week, working between 3-7pm.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do

• Develop and supervise targeted, individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism
• Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors, build new skills and reach meaningful milestones
• Partner with families through caring, thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Advocate for your clients by proactively identifying potential concerns and communicating with the appropriate members of the care team
• Share your expertise through direct supervision, support, training and orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians
• Provide hands‑on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serve

The role requires physical activity throughout client sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, running and lifting 25+ pounds while keeping pace with children ages 2–15.

Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually for 12 weekly billable hours or $65,000-$75,000 annually for 15 weekly billable hours with benefits
