Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in North Haledon, NJ seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes. You’ll help clients build communication, social, and independent living skills with hands-on training and supervision.

You’ll provide direct sessions, collect data on goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and support families with progress updates. Flexible afternoon/evening shifts and weekend options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for client visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
