Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring for an afternoon hours Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role focuses on delivering ABA interventions in clients' natural environments, with data collection and coordination with program staff to ensure consistent therapy.

Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with weekly pay and a supportive supervision structure. Pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
