Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Ozark, MO invites applications for an Aftermarket Parts Processor at the White River Marine Plant. Full-time position handling customer orders for After Market and Warranty shipments, including picking, packing and invoicing.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, CDL and DOT HazMat certification; experience with UPS/USPS equipment and packing tools; ability to lift up to 60 lbs; strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (or GED).
• Ability to operate packing and lift equipment.
• Experience handling orders and inventories.
• DOT HazMat certification is required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders, including picking, packing, and invoicing for shipments.
• Create all work orders.
• Process customer/vendor returns and vendor orders.
• Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory activities.
• Complete HazMat training courses and seminars.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform assigned duties.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Aftermarket parts processor is responsible for processing customer orders for After Market and Warranty shipments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process all customer orders to include picking, packing, and invoicing for shipments.
• Create all work orders
• Process customer/vendor returns
• Process vendor orders
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts and inventory activities
• Complete all required HazMat training classes and seminars
• Complete all assigned or team duties in a timely manner
• Keep work area clean, safe, and hazard free
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate(s) or License(s): Commercial driver’s license, and DOT HazMat certification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

• Experience utilizing UPS and US Postal Service equipment, all packaging equipment, hand and powered lifts, computers.
• Protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields.
• Ability for rapid mental and muscular Climbing, use of legs and arms coordination simultaneously
• Ability to distinguish basic colors
• Ability to distinguish numbers and Depth perception understand written and verbal Operation of lift truck and motor vehicle instructions
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Ability to perform duties in extreme environments: outside, inside, extreme cold, extreme heat, dust fumes, work around moving objects or vehicles, work on ladders or scaffolding on Slippery and/or uneven walking area, explosives — LP gasses
