Qualifications

• Experience caring for school-age children in a group setting.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to manage routines and safety in aftercare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in indoor and outdoor aftercare activities.
• Collaborate with the Grades Aftercare Coordinator on daily activities.
• Prepare activities and snacks; maintain space and sign-in/out procedures.
• Communicate with families, teachers, and office staff as needed.
• Support a warm, inclusive environment centered on play and learning.
