Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking an After-School Child Care Counselor to join the team at Shady Grove Family YMCA. Hours are weekdays from 2:00pm to 6:15pm, and the role offers a pay range of $16 to $16.50 per hour.

You will lead activities, support youth development, and mentor children in a vibrant after-school setting. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, reliability, energy, and a love for working with kids.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience with youth preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with kids.
