Job summary

By The Hand Club For Kids seeks a Team Leader to guide a group of students in mind, body, and soul. You will drive blended-learning activities, provide academic support, and offer spiritual mentoring while fostering positive relationships with families and school partners.

You will report to the Site Director, participate in weekly prayer, and help ensure safety, growth, and achievement for children in under-resourced Chicago neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Christ-like servant leader who models Biblical principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and care for a team of students, guiding them toward academic and spiritual goals.
• Implement program activities, Bible study, SEL, and enrichment throughout the week.
• Maintain data and report progress; support recruitment and retention efforts for the class.
• Coordinate with staff and families to support students' safety and well-being.
• Attend trainings and contribute to program improvements and policy adherence.
