Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 240 hours of prior youth work experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible as a Caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive environment that supports youth development.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
• Monitor and evaluate programs for quality and results.
• Provide site supervision and manage attendance procedures.
• Administer first aid and maintain a clean, safe program space.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to support the club's goals.
