Job summary

West Virginia K-12 Jobs is seeking After-School K-3 Tutors focusing on the Science of Reading to support remediation of ELA and Numeracy for grades K-3. Two tutors will be assigned per elementary school under a contract/hourly arrangement and HB 3035 compliance.

Roles are site-based with a maximum of 5 hours per week, paying $25.00 per hour, up to $125 per week. This program targets early literacy and numeracy improvements in participating schools.

Qualifications

• Remediate ELA and Numeracy skills for K-3 students.
• Two tutors per elementary school.
• Contract/Hourly employment under HB 3035.
